Cancellations and Refunds

The customer may cancel their service at any time by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it with your domain name and reason for cancellation. Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email. Service is billed at the start of each service month (based on the day of the month you signed up for service) for the following month and we cannot give any refunds for partial month’s service. Domain Name registration and SSL certificate costs are non refundable. If Incontech Ltd cancel the customers service due to a policy violation or misuse of the service no refunds will be provided.

SharePoint Site Content

Incontech Ltd expressly forbids clients to publish any of the following types of content on any SharePoint sites that are hosted by them:

  • Adult
  • Illegal
  • Political, religious, military or sexual
  • Content that may be seen as offensive or defamatory, or promote any practice that may be viewed as offensive
  • Any content that is misleading or not true
If the client does publish any of the above content their site will be shut down and their service will be canceled immediately. No refund will be given. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that any material that appears on their site does not infringe on any copyright laws or trademarks

Virus Policy

All Incontech Ltd services provide best of bread virus protection against incoming email viruses sent to customers email addresses. It is our policy to delete infected attachments and any other virus laden mail prior to delivery to the customers  mailbox. In addition and to provide a greater degree of security certain types of files are blocked at the gateway level these include files that could potentially contain a virus such as .exe and .scr files. These files types are not normally required for business purposed and as such will be deleted although the customer will be informed of this action. Virus protection is an ongoing process and it’s impossible to protect against 100% of the virus threats and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for viruses that are not detected by our scanning software. Our clients are solely responsible for protecting their computers and ensuring they are virus-free. We recommend that each end-user run a local anti-virus software package on their PC for additional protection. Incontech Ltd will not be held responsible if your domain name is blocked by internet service providers (ISPs) for sending virus-infected emails or if any damage occurs from mail sent from your mailbox.

Security and Reliability

The security and reliability of Incontech Ltds network and services is our highest priority. Incontech Ltd works to maintain a fast, secure network and offer easy, trouble free services. However, there are times when we cannot guarantee 100% reliability:

  • Internet Congestion
  • Terrosist Attacks
  • Acts of God
  • External attacks by hackers including to but not limited to virus/worm/denial of service attacks
The client specifically agrees that Incontech Ltd cannot be held liable for any missing data, corrupted data, incorrect transmission of data, failure to provide service, delay of service provision or anything in any way connected to the Incontech service in excess of the cost of service provided.Cumulative liability of Incontech Ltd to a customer shall not exceed the total monthly service fee of the immediate prior one month of service.

Service Level Agreement

Incontech Ltd will make its best effort to provide each customer with 99.5% uptime. Incontech Ltd has a policy of discounting its monthly subscription rate by 20% for each 2 hours of downtime per month over the 99.5% rate. "Uptime" and "Downtime" is recorded and calculated on a monthly basis. This does not include scheduled downtime for weekly server/network maintenance (usually less than 10 minutes total and usually scheduled for out of business hours). This also does not include end-user internet connection issues or general internet congestion. Account credits and overall liability of Incontech Ltd. is hereby limited to a maximum one month's service during the month of the outage.
