Terms and Conditions
This agreement is between you, the customer, client and subscriber to the Incontech Ltd hosted services, and Incontech Ltd, the service provider. Incontech Ltd provides hosted Exchange 2007 and SharePoint services to business users.

 Incontech Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any client's access to any portion or all of Incontech's services, when they deem that the account has been used inappropriately. Incontech Ltd reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.

Outgoing Bulk / Junk / Spam Mail Policy

Sending spam (unsolicited electronic mail) through Incontech’s system is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Incontech Ltd has the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone violating this or any other service. Incontech Ltd defines spam as "the sending of bulk e-mails or the sending of e-mail to users that have not explicitly asked to receive the sender's message." Incontech Ltd will not be held responsible if your domain name is blocked by internet service providers (ISPs) for sending spam/bulk e-mails. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that send bulk or unwanted junk mail (spam). Incontech Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of outgoing recipients of an individual email message to one hundred (100).

Transmission of Data

The customer agrees that Incontech Ltd is not responsible for any unauthorized access or modification of the clients data stored by or transmitted via the hosted services. The customer also agrees that Incontech Ltd is not responsible or liable for any content sent using, or received from, the Incontech hosted services including that which may be illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening or that may violate any trademark or copyright

Reselling Hosting Services and Hosting Multiple Sites

Reselling hosted services without the express permission of Incontech Ltd is strictly prohibited. Subwebs within SharePoint sites not related to the site (for example, another company) are expressly prohibited. Each unique SharePoint site must have its own hosting plan

Support

Free Technical Support is provided via email, phone or instant messaging for all paying customers. Technical support issues will be responded to within the scope of the package purchased by the customer. Most support issues are resolved the same day reported. Billing inquiries will be answered within one business day. Support for the following problems are covered under the scope of free support:

  • Conectivity to Incontechs services
  • Problems related to sending and receipt of email
  • Problems with client configuration
  • Problems with DNS updating or configuration
  • User ID and password problems
Diagnosing or correcting issues with unsupported third-party software or scripts is beyond the scope of free support.

Payment Terms

All our hosted services can be purchased on either a monthly or annual term. If the customer chooses to pay for a hosted service online using the PayPal facility the customers account will automatically be debited at renewal time and the customer will be sent an email notification from PayPal. If the customer opted to pay by any other method payment is due 14 days from the date the invoice was created. Failure to pay within the 14 days will result in immediate cancellation of the customers service. There is no minimum term of service.
