Outlook Web Access Access your Exchange 2007 mailbox from an internet browser when you're out of the office. Outlook Web Access is ideal for quickly accessing your email at an airport internet kiosk.

Personal Folders Organise your email by creating personal folders to store your mail in. Your personal folders reside on our Exchange server and all the informaion stored in them is backed up nightly.

Notes Just like post it notes. Store important information just as you would if writing on a post it note. The note is stored in your mailbox for easy access. A simple solution for taking quick messages for colleagues.

Tasks Outlook 2007 allows you to create, assign and track tasks. Tasks can be assigned to your colleagues or employees. When they edit the task details, for example they mark the task as completed, your copy of the task is automatically updated enabling easy tracking.

Mailbox Storage 1GB (1000 Megabytes) of mailbox storage as standard. If your company requires more mailbox space than the standard 1GB offering then that is no problem we can tailor this to your requirements. 

Local Continuous Replication (LCR) provides your company with extra peace of mind that in the event there is database corruption you will not suffer any extended down time. LCR replicates your mailboxes to another set of disks and is a part of our standard service offering. If advanced clustering technologies are required (CCR) we can provide this.

Support With our Exchange 2007 hosted service you get free email support with a guaranteed 2 hour response time. Most of your emails will be answered within 2 hours but sometimes this may not be possible.

Unlimited Managed Folders! Managed Folders enable you to store messages for long periods of time. A managed folder can be used when a level of compliance is required for message storage. An example of this could be a managed folder where messages are stored for 5 years

Unlimited Mailbox Aliases! Mailbox aliases allow you to create additional email addresses for each mailbox. This allows you to assign an email address such as This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to a particular person so they will receive mail sent to this address

Unlimited Distribution Groups! Distribution groups are groupings of internal and/or external email users. Distribution groups enable you to group users into a group for the purpose of group mailing. An example of such a group would be 'Company Directors'
