Our hosted Exchange Business Basic Package includes all the following features:
 Outlook 2007 receive a full licensed copy of Outlook 2007 to access your hosted Exchange 2007 mailbox by utilising Outlook Anywhere. Outlook Anywhere was previously known as RPC over HTTP in previous versions of Exchange.
 Outlook Web Access Access your Exchange 2007 mailbox from an internet browser when you're out of the office. Outlook Web Access is ideal for quickly accessing your email at an airport internet kiosk.
 Personal Folders Organise your email by creating personal folders to store your mail in. Your personal folders reside on our Exchange server and all the informaion stored in them is backed up nightly.
 Calendaring Schedule meetings, resources and collaborate with others. The advanced calendaring functionality added to Exchange 2007 will simplify your day to day tasks. Let the scheduling assistant decide when the best time is for a meeting!
 Notes Just like post it notes. Store important information just as you would if writing on a post it note. The note is stored in your mailbox for easy access. A simple solution for taking quick messages for colleagues.
 Tasks Outlook 2007 allows you to create, assign and track tasks. Tasks can be assigned to your colleagues or employees. When they edit the task details, for example they mark the task as completed, your copy of the task is automatically updated enabling easy tracking.
 Antivirus and Antispam Microsoft Forefront Security Suite provides best of breed antivirus and antispam protection for your mailbox. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.
 Contacts Create your own database of contacts that can be shared with others. Your contacts are stored centrally on our Exchange server and can be accessed by colleagues even if you are away from the office.
 Mailbox Storage Space The business basic package provides you with 250MB (megabytes) of mailbox storage space per user. Once your mailbox limit is reached you can order more mailbox space or upgrade your package to the next level.
 Data Backup Your email is important to you and your business. We provide a nightly backup of your email in the unlikely event that your email is needed to be recovered after data corruption or a disaster.
 Support The business basic package provides you with free email support and a guranteed response time of 4 hours. Under normal circumstances contact is made within 2 hours, if not sooner.
