- Automatically harvest messages for review based on keyword or random sample percentage
- View all recipients on a message, including distribution lists and BCC
- Review messages as required
- Automated message destruction based on retention period and original capture date
- Indexed storage for fast retrieval of messages for legal discovery
- Electronic records stored based on retention requirements configured by you the customer
To be able to take advantage of our Advanced Exchange Archiving Service you will need to order Advance Exchange Filtering first as this is a prerequisite
