Our cloud based services portfolio consists of Microsoft Exchange, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Office Communication Server Unified Communications. To leverage our services all you require is a PC with an internet connection and we do the rest.
We started our business so small to medium sized businesses could benefit from software solutions that larger corporate customers were deploying on premise. These software solutions are expensive and complex to deploy, support and maintain and involve a large capital outlay which often put these solutions out of the reach of the smaller business.
Incontech Hosted Solutions staff have over 19 years experience working in the IT industry and hold many Microsoft accreditiations, we consider our staff to be leading experts in the software that makes up our portfolio. Our cloud based services are delivered from a state of the art data centre with the latest technology in security and resiliencies, meaning that the services you want are available when you need them. The data facility offers all the features you would expect from a world class data centre (UPS N+1, generator, temperature control (Cybercool), security, fire protection (FM200), backups, 24x7 hardware and software monitoring). All our servers are from the Hewlett Packard Proliant DL range and our switches and routers are CISCO.
